About Us
Our story runs along like many others. In our younger days we used compounds and over time we began to lose interest in hunting with them. We needed more feel to it, we needed to feel part of it. The old days of tradition called us back and we became hooked on being the outcasts hunting with long bows.
Brett and I became friends on a steelhead canoe trip down Ruby Creek in Northern Michigan several years ago. I had built a couple of long bows for my kids and Brett wanted to make some for his. One bow lead to another, and we kept fine tuning the process until we made consistent, fast, and quiet shooters. Our engineering backgrounds gave us the knowledge to understand the bowmaking process. We build each bow with precise specifications and this ensures each one is created to our strict standards. It's been a labor of love since the beginning and it gives us great satisfaction knowing that we can make an impact with others who share our passion for traditional bow hunting.
After building some gorgeous bows, it just didn't feel right putting on a store-bought quiver. The materials seemed foreign to the bow. We wanted an all-wood quiver that attached quickly and was as good looking as our bows. Four years of testing and development has led us to what we feel is the highest quality quiver and will naturally complement any bow.
We knew we had something different when Brett and I went to the rendezvous and some very well known bow makers took notice and complimented us on the craftsmanship, style, and quality. One even said that our quivers were the best looking he had ever seen.
